Hi!!
Some of you may remember me.... I'm flash fire and have been on long-service leave for the past 6 months or so. A long time member, moderator and once noisy contributor.
For those of you who know me, I have been undergoing a transformation of sorts over the last several months. I am growing into the person I want to be, rather than the character that situations oblige me to adopt. I have opened up spiritually and am making babysteps on my path of fulfillment.
The joy really is in the journey.
I have been seeing a naturopath for the last 4 months and have never felt better. I am vegetarian, wheat-free and dairy-free. I have cut my hip-length hair to my shoulders and shed 8kgs. I exercise daily and enjoy cooking gourmet vego food.
I made the decision to chase my dreams, rather than indulge in discontent. I am working on forgiving myself for past transgressions and living on the positive side of our spectrum. I haven't poisoned my system with synthetic joy for a long time.
I haven't picked up my fire sticks in about 6 months, but transitional periods do that to me. I have been firedancing since 1997, so the occasional 6month long break is okay I think.
anyway, enough pondering from me! Would love to hear from my HOP friends, both old and new.

Jordan (my partner) got his pic taken on the weekend while he went on a twisty ride up the Old Pacific Highway. Despite it being a perfect winter riding day, I was not out riding; instead I was at the most extravagant wedding I have ever been to.
Anyway, here are the pics of Jordan, looking groovy. We've both been riding for about 3 months now.

Will you come up for the TQuest 3 day party over Labour Day long weekend?
Guess what - I've just found out that I get finally get a dog! Have a new landlord and they have approved my request. This means, after 8 or 9 years of pining for a puppy, I can finally get one *does happy dance*
Am gonna get a Golden Retriever most probably.
I'm researching every aspect I can think of at the moment. Expensive little exercise though - the ongoing costs of mainitaining a big dog are more than I had anticipated.

Depends when you are free
Im in Melburp for about a week longer I reckon, then its onto Sydney for a few days, then HOP central (I hope), then Brisvegas for the Gabe and the Chicken
