being up before 7am on a sunday morning is one of those miraculous things that can happen to a person that doesn't drink on a saturday night 
but the joke was on me... markets kinda sucked... apart from the flat white... that was heaven, being my 1st caffeine intake for the day...
sunshine, lollipops, rainbows... these are amongst the wonders of early sunday mornings...
