Unfortunately there is no base on which export can be banned in Germany - or Union-wide - to legally ban all exports in this relation...

Posted: Killing people aside, the whole prison system has some serious flaws in it.
I do not support death sentances only because, as was said, no matter the crime commited I don't think killing someone is the right thing to do under any circumstance.
