Dispossessed was written by someone who was expelled from Geelong College TWICE (including once for having a still!) so it sounded like it was going to be good...but it was so bad, most of my friends did a ritual burning of theirs!

Not the Dispossessed that I studied. It was a novel written in blank verse about a bankrupt farming family when the bank was trying to buy back the house and everything was a metaphor for everything, and what wasn't was a foreshadowing, it was all juxtaposed, and even without all that, it was boring as batsh!t. Because, really, the cat throwing up on the doorstop is NOT symbolic of the bank repossessing the house!!!!

Went to Frankenmuth today for German club. It's an old German settlement. Oh my lord it's been so long since I've stuffed myself with that much food. Probably not since the hiking trip up the Alps in Leutasch when I ate 17 schnitzels, and fries XD, and lots of Kraut when the schnitzel was gone
I will never understand how I ate so much food in one sitting o0 Also the beer was good

My doctor told me I have to be gluten-free to feel better and it's been causing years of increasing problems so I'm going to be a good kid and very careful about the foods I eat...

Pho actually saved my life once! I was running a 102 degree fever and it was the only thing I could keep down, and it dropped my temperature for a few hours every time I had a bowl. Good stuff!
