Have by thanksgiving maybe? I can use mine as a 1 year video

I is in Nov but its near the very end. I guess we aren't in the beginning of Oct anymore though. So when it comes down to it, thats 46 days. just over 6 weeks. Still quite some time in my opinion.

@epitome - I'm sure you know flowtoys will replace your flowlights for half price whatever their condition. They're now saying if there's no damage to the case and they have electrical problems they'll replace the flowlight for free. (I assume you'd have to pay postage)
@ SpinnerofDetroit: I had a problem with my HOP Proballs going out when hit or with sudden direction changes when spinning (I mostly use them to lend to friends / children these days), I cleaned up the contacts and put some high density foam either side of the batteries, so far that's stopped it.
