Ready? Alright so here's my answers. My name is Casey, I just moved to Northern California yesterday from my hometown near Denver, Colorado. My birthday is June 2nd and I'm 20 years of age. A male, i like sushi and pho over most but food is food. My toys include poi, staffs, and acrylics while unrelated hobbies are thinking/wondering/seeking/asking/meditating/exploring/living, snowboarding, longboarding, painting, video games and many other things. I graduated from High School and am planning on starting going further asap. The best things in life are Shpongle and L.O.S.T.. Anything else just ask.
p.s. Nutella because I haven't had Marmite or Vegemite.

Welcome to HoP! You will win points for pho from EoN, I think she lives off of it. If you really would like to try Marmite, simply mix Decon and bat poo with a touch of plutonium.

Thanks for the welcome and mild insanity, very heart warming. As far as further study I'm trying to decide on too many things such as philosophy, visual/audio tech, some kind of medical or more likely alternative medicines, something to do with consciousness research or quantum physics. But i'm open to other things if they pop up so General Education at first seems like the thing to do for now.
And I live in a small section of houses called Plumas Lake kind of isolated just outside of Yuba City/Marysville... which is about 40 min north of Sac.
And just for the record I'm definately looking for people to spin with or just meet up. This is a big starting over point in my life so I figured HoP was a good place to start.

SoD is about an hour south of you on holiday. Most of the spinners I know of are in the SF area or Monterrey Bay area

Yeah it seems like a pretty dead area, and where I'm from we had a weekly meetup for fire performing. I'll just have to travel for some of the bigger events.. such as firedrums... can't wait.

I enjoy silkscreen, painting, lithography, dancing, traveling, and music. Some of my favorite bands/artists are Pretty Lights, EOTO, Bassnectar, and STS9. My toy is sock poi,which I just started and I eventually want to move on to spinnin fire. I am looking for people in the area that would lk to spin w/me or teach me new moves.

and to Amber you have a really good taste in music, and I'm sure if you just stick with it and dive into poi you'll be burning before you even realize it. Time goes by fast when your spinning around in circles. Welcome to the community by the way!! You'll see it has alot to offer if you haven't already. =]
