Natural fibres are good enough: I wear a long cotton poloneck and denim jeans usually....

Kevlar does not burn (not at temperatures achievable without specialist equipment anyway). That's why you use it as wick. Only the fuel on it burns.

I'm not sure I understand what you are asking but, if you want clothes that are safe to spin fire in, just go for heavy natural fibres like cotton (as thick as realistically possible) or denim. Steer well clear of synthetic fabric.

Complete sentences make you easier to understand and answer. Not to be a censored about it, but really, I can't read this and not say something...

hemp clothes are also fire retardant

Yeah, I thought you couldn't afford kevlar or something. Yeah buy some from HoP. Let's say you use 3/8" rope if you want rope. You could do a crown knot up the staff and secure it with like a screw or something. Or you could go with wick tape and just roll it.

The only luck is bad luck.

They do accept Paypal. I'm pretty sure you can put money from your bank into your paypal account via netbanking or similar and then purchase from HoP.

I think HoP also take western union which is a cash transfer service.

Let me check

No, you can use paypal or a money order. You can use Western Union as a money order. I have no idea how that works, but I'm sure someone here does.
