thank you for the warm invites. Im just really intrigued.. I want to learn it all, I heard to use stockings and a tennis ball to start? I was watching a few " how to poi" vids on youtube, it seems pretty easy for the beginning of it. lol in the navy.. submarines.. I cook for the crew

I highly recommend protecting the kidds when starting with poi. I used rolled up tea towels instead of tennis balls at first, it was less painful.
I still maintain marmite is poisonous!
