So recently my girl and I picked up a Feng Shui book. After reading we have already made progress in improving the energy flow of our home, particularly where we spin at. I never understood feng shui until I started to practice/ read it. Now it makes perfect since. We have both noticed an increase in harmony and peace in the house, not to mention that it has greatly added to the quality of our hoop and spin practice. So if you haven't already, try to feng shui your life and let your energy flow smoothly. Anyone else have any experience with feng shui?

Yes, I am also a big believer in feng shui and even take it to heart when I go camping or park my caravan, making sure that my feet are pointing east.
I tried to also create a great spin space, very minimal and just what I need. You could check out what some of it looks like at either one of these sites
