Ooooops, my apologies.
It's your avatar. it looks like a tattooed deltoid at first glance but looking more closely I see it's a hennaed shoulder. I dunno, it just says "muscle" Then there's the "less pants" which, to me, conjures up images of Homer Simpson.

yeah seriously does anyone have any tutorials?? ive got forwards/reverse 3/4/5 beat weaves, threading the needle, and we got some 3? beat weave turns last week - with the elbows linking thing.. someone make a tutoriallllll.......!!
