Why hello, yes i may of had a few drinks and sound like an arogant c***, BUT I am not atall impressed with the style and standard of poi in general.

in terms knid of tricks i specialise in tangles and hyperloopy stuff, I dont enjoy the flowers and pretty stuff, as controled as it is.

I CHALLENGE all poi peeps in the world, (people on this website) to send me ur links to the best vids of crazy poi stuff and i'l get up my first vid of a very origenal bunch of kick ass tricks smile

I live in cornwall england and there isnt a big number of people taking poi seriously, Im not saying people who do it, dont take it seriously, but not many people specialise in it.

I also do some multi prop work with hats, and the only other multi prob work I've seen do basic poi with other props.

I've been atending jugling conventions and only have met a few spinners that are of a high standard, although different styles. does anyone wants a poi off in the renagade show at bristol juggling con next sept?

hope to hear back from someone thanks for reading, cheers x

is it me or does nothing realy matter?

are you some kind of drunk dude? why wont yu give us your link to your videos and let us see some stuff we never have seen yet? it is not about who is better and who is the best, but how you do it. it's all about your own flow! if yu want a "challlenge" why not send a video in COL2009 to prove yourself. but for now, i demand that you post link to one of your videos. why would we send our links to our best vids? let us see your style first dude....

Really? I thought he was ruggedly handsome in that classical way. He got a haircut, too. Even more of a spunk he is, now.

Well, from what you have said, probably not.

You have disparaged pretty much anything we did suggest. If you are trying to get us to shut you up, that is one thing (one that I for one will not be doing), but if you are actually looking for something new, show us what you can do first, maybe we can get a couple ideas off what you have done.
Maybe you can inspire me to try some tangles and so on, since I learned a few and then decided that I do not really like them, beyond as exercises.

Maybe everyone who does spin like you have a similar attitude regarding making videos, in which case there would not be any anyway.

Why do you not add to the community before demanding from it? Since you have gotten such a poor response, there is obviously a lack of videos of your particular style around (or at least known to us), so by you stepping up to the plate and showing us what sort of thing you want, you might start something new.

And anyway, most people who have got something new to show us, just do it. If it really is something new and interesting, someone will run with it and come back with something new and improved off it. The community here is pretty constructive that way.

You see, this is why there is nothing from me up yet. I would not want to make the Aussies jealous with my melodius Saffrican accent. tongue2

I have a few things up my sleeve that I've not seen on Youtube just yet but a) I'm too lazy to make a video. and b) I don't think its what you're after, its advanced line isolations and stuff like that... I don't do tangles, I get very bored with them.

My ex was a saffer, Aston I find the accent to be incredibly annoying. grin Especially in Afrikaans.

Righty hoo....

1) Spinach Sessions = Rob Bluecat. He is indeed good. (But shhhh wink )

2) No-one's mentioned Ronan yet - shame on you wink

3) Enough smack talking. I'm putting it down to exuberance of youth, but what you've written could be taken as fairly offensive.

4) You say you don't like various styles, what do you like?

5) I'm moving this into social chat as that's where it belongs (it certainly doesn't belong in "Meet Others")

6) Please use plane English instead of abbreviated speak or slang - this is an international site where not everyone speaks English as their first language.

At first I thought this was just a Troll but then I saw the "Registered" date!
So, either this is a very dedicated troll (check his intro post to see what I mean) or an illiterate agressive muppet.

Well no, I mean no one seems to build a routine out of nothing but tangles, so someone looking for those is not going to find anything really good by their standards.

That said, I would actually like to see one. I do not have enough variety in my tangles to do one of longer than oh.... 30 seconds?

My apologies for not having much time to reply, and being hard to understand, I never bother with forums and not much of an internet networker, as I'm sure you can all tell.

When I started this forum I had the intention to meet others and my deepest apologies for being offencive to anyone, but you shouldn't because I'm a random behind a screen, I don't get offended when people say [censored] like

"delusional "semi-god syndrome"

I joined this site ages ago and nether realy bothered with it, I only wanted to meet some poi people round cornwall or at any near by juggling conventions, and I've got more important stuff going on then making videos and forums and that at the moment.

another time when I've got time maybe, sorry I would like talk to some of you more smile

yes I met Ronan at a juggling con last month, love his throws been trying them loads,
yes I would love to make a vid to share with you people, maybe this summer.
