My name is Nichole and I live in the lovely rain in Portland OR, USA. I am constantly on a mission to seek out new styles and forms of dance every day. I've only been spinning for about 3 months and my favorite toys to use are my wicks and my glosocks. I love to find myself in the middle of a dance floor full of friends and people who are there for the same reason as me--to groove.
I burry myself in art but my favorite medium to use would be colored pencils. Although the pencils are one of the more time consuming meduims of color, I really enjoy the detail.
My favorite colors to wear are olive greens, burnt oranges, and dark purples although my favorite color to look at is a deep red.
I read quite a bit and my two favorite authors are Danzy Senna and Richard Bach. I don't find myself watching much tv but I won't pass up anything produced by Quentin Tarantino.
I am looking to go back to school next fall no matter what although I am having a hard time deciding what to study. My problem is that I have so many interests that it is hard to focus on just one thing. I do know that dance will always be a part of my life. I know I talk about it a lot but it really is the best form of expression and I get really passionate about it. Movement is healthy.
I love music so much it is really hard to narrow it down. There is a different type of music for every mood and for every part of your life and I have such a vast collection of different genres and styles that I can't really pick just one. I love standing in the middle of thousands of people and all I can feel in my chest is the vibration of bass and breaks.
To top it off, my favorite flavor of icecream is chocolate hands down. Plain, simple chocolate with nothing else in it will suit me perfectly.
Now that I feel like ive written a novel, I'm happy to be here and I hope to meet some chill people and learn something new.

Nutella all the way! while I was in France they had this absurd jar containing two pounds of nutella that my friend and I couldnt resist and we licked it clean in a month. I'm surprised I didn't die with a nutella overdose or become seriously obese. Its delicious on everything and yet simple enough to eat it with a spoon.

I'm usually pretty regular and make it to both. Its been a while since I have gone though because I have been really busy. I'm still new so I don't light up as often as some but I will light up at least once or twice. There are so many incredible dancers down there and I love to go even if its just to chill out, to talk to people, or even just to watch.

It's for a documentary called "Fire in the Rain". They'll be filming the different fire events around town and do interviews of the performs. It' going to be interesting who actually makes the cut.
You can't miss me, I normally wear a black skull cap with flames on it. It doesn't actually go with what I wear, but it keeps the hair safe. I need to get a snood.
