Hello everyone. Well, I must say I am quite impressed with this little website here. Can't really say much about myself in the ways of poi. I only found out about it recently (like last week) and have become utterly fascinated. I really want to get into it but I'm kind of scared, are the instructional DVDs and beginner products featured here pretty good? I read the reviews but I guess I'm still asking just...because? Well a little about myself. My name is Andrea and I'm from So. California but now I live in loverly North Carolina. I've been drawing since as long as I can remember, have played the piano for several years, take belly dance lessons, and after all that I'm a medical lab technician majoring in health sciences. HAHA, a little weird I know. I sort of feel like I might be spreading too thin but I can't help it! I see all these things and I wanna do them! Thanks to all the well established spinners out there and of course novices for inspiration to try something new!

To be honest the hop intructional vids on the site are pretty cool, I learnt the basics from those. But I know a lot of peeps who have brought/ intend to buy the dvds an i've only heard good things. (just waiting for my encyclopoidia to arrive
