youl enjoy it very much and its as good a first convention as any. its my friend brian organising it and it sounds like a good convention. hopefully with a few poi tutorials and a lot of fun. the renegade is always fun, just a load of people getting up randomly and doing whatever they feel like. not nesicerily juggling.

We're doing a gig in Kildare on the 9th, so I'll miss the fire show... which is a pity, cos I organised it last year smile

But Lisa and I, and maybe someone else, should be there on the Saturday, at any rate.

See youse

that may just work, all you need to do is make your bed and put a manaquin dolls head under the blanket and then they will think youv just stayted in bed all day cause your sick. itll work if you constantly have a recording of you goin, ow, and other such sick person noises. it may just work.

you could always go on two holidays over the summer?

i dont know if i have any picures of it in my gallery, but at present i have have my hair shaved off and half my beard shaved off, and what im looking to do it make the hair pink and the beard green, and then mess around with colours from there, see how it goes.

Purple and green go well
Pink and orange (colour of my poi) are good
Red and blue
Purple and Blue
Blue and Light blue
Blue and bright green
Red and Green
Dark green and Green (patricks day :P)

to name but a few lol! I love playing with colour combos ^_^

Sounds like a kick ass idea
you could also dye your hair to go with outfits or any equipment you use when prefroming!

that could work really well, the only problem is the dye stays in for a week or two before i change it. i like the combos, good ideas. im not in the least arty so im not good with the old colours. i just love the colours pink and green, so i figured it was a good start.

i could try and put uv tints into the hair, whether thats possible is a totaly different matter. i will hopefully get to all your suggestions at some point, and put a picture for each one.

yay! ubblol

I know in......Boots me thinks, you can get hair spray or coloured hair gel that has a uv factor in it.So you could put those in when you're going out. or, now this is elaborate (i'm on a roll here, bear with me) cut a stencil out of paper, and use the stencil to spray the UV in a pattern on your head, perhaps a flame, or some cool design!
I have the purple hair spray, haven't used it yet though ^_^

that could be really cool, i could do designs on the side of my head that has no hair...that could be class. i like it. and im in an art college so i could get some really good arty person to stencil me something.

the only thing is i am rarely in a place that has uv lights, but if a job turns up that is within a venue that uses uv lights it would kick the ass.

Yup ^_^ I think it would look awesome, you could make a point of heading to somewhere With UV lights just to try it out ubblol
*ponders* only place I can think of is Q-zar (what ever happened to quazar? It was a better name me thinks)

i think it was costing them too much money to have the extra two letters so they replaced it with a dash. and they figured it was more sleek and sexy, either way they ruined it.
