ok ok ok, i ask is anyone out there into this?? I ask as i am learning and it happens that the only two people i know that practice are poi peeps?? So anyone else??

it did get discussed a few months ago.
I lucid dream fairly regularly. Some people have explained some of my experiences as being astral projection, but from my point of view they were just lucid dreams. Never experienced what i'd call proper astral projection.

Yeah I've experienced it in a few different forms and I have a heap of non poi spinning friends who have as well!

I had an experience a few years ago, i was meditating and it just happened. I also lucid dream, almost every night. But this was quite different.
