I'm already partially deaf. And whilst hearing nothing would be the greatest sorrow for me... hearing everything (like, what someone is screaming in Azerbaijan, as well as the nosies of a car crash in Bajing, as well as the awful sound of orchestra throughout globe) would soon drive you deaf (or at least utterly insane) anyway.
So, I guess deafness. though it's not a pleasing thought.
