I was wondering if the hybrid beat Cole is talking about happens at around 1:06 in the video. I really would like to learn these moves but can't get the gist of them from text and want to know if thats a hybrid because it looks sweeeeet.

uhm... whats a hybrid beat?! and rovo the thing at one at 1:06 i have no idea what its called but its just one arm isolation and the other arm doing long arm... i like them lots too.... cant really do them anywhere else.... damn my total one sided spinning! working on it though

really enjoyed watching that. was some very pretty spinning there! amazingly coolio. very tight and solid flowers. i have only just got my hybrids looking anywhere near solid.

Its so rare that im logged in here on HOP but I felt that I must make a comment to this vid a friend showed me on a swedish forum.
ITS AWESOME!
This is so my type of spinning. I love the music and you are so smooth in your movement! BUT your spinning doesnt go to the music though, you need to slow down or get somemore speedy music. However, that is a matter of taste.
To give you some constructive critics I say. Use manual focus on the cam and put on something so it wont move around. Practice your planes and trie to move around with your feets.

Thanks! yeah im aware about the music... it was playing while i was spinning but i coldnt actually hear it because of the sond of the poi.... i normally run about heaps but i only have a tiny space in the backyard... i will get around to posting a better vid at some point... but thanks for that
