well considering you have 2 circles, yes they can be spinning in opposite directions ???

Or are you asking something entirely different?

hang on, do you mean antispin extended shoulder reels
or
antispin flowers done in extended shoulder reel arm movement?

lots of petals or just the one?

-The picture represent the SA figure



One hand si static, making shouder reel circles,

the other 4 foil anti-spin(quadrifoil) circles,

when turning.



"Direction and timing doesnt matter."



You need to synchnonise reels.





Figure-8 [2:2] + Anti-spin Reel [4:4]

(But this is polyrhytmic move!)

I found opposite direction butterfly, working for

lower part, but to get timing with SJ twists are

very unconfortable for turning. I can recomend to

try SJ TTN turns befor this move.



Still cant find it!
