I use some glow poi i bought off here, been using poi for about 3 weeks but only really over the past 3 days have tried harder. Sort of getting 'thread the needle' and 'windmills' enjoy (yes i know i still move like a robot!)

60s guy stuck in 2007......people tend to think ur wierd if ou wear tye dye clothes for some reason........the poncho i can understand.....but tye dye lol
