I was a member here years ago, then kind of drifted away. I forgot my password in the interim of course.

Spinning is a hobby for me, I don't do it every day or even every week. Even so I enjoy it and am looking forward to the summer and especially Burning Man.

I also practice Capoeira and am getting into Parkour. I'm a filmmaker so poi videos? For sure!

P.S.: I nearly forgot. I'm based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, but I work in the airline industry so I'm apt to pop up just about anywhere.

Hi and welcome to HoP Kay wave. Parkour is some pretty amazing stuff. Wouldn't mind learning a bit more about it, but it's not the biggest thing round these parts. You must have loved Yamakasi I'd guess?

My state of mind is not yours to define!

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

welcome back!

Parkour looks way too active for me biggrin but I love the vids! Have mainly seen French & English ones, but found the insane dvinsk clan vid the other day, have you seen it? Absolutely amazing!

Capoeira looks fantastic too, have you been able to combine it with juggly things at all? I've always thought you could probably do some funky things with staff & capoeira.

annnyway, have fun here!

everyone's unique except me

Oh T & B does Capoeira, as does Elasta & Firetramp. Seems to be a lot of HoPpers getting into it now.

Capoeira is full of circular movements so it lends itself well to playing with staff. I'm rusty at both though. Really looking forward to the summer up here.
