The move you were doing seemed to be a version of the yin-yang as described in Michael Kahns book, which is a split-time butterfly non-turning turn (which is a lot harder than it should be by the way, well done for getting it as good as you have!). But you seem to be able to do that ok, you've got it going for a good few beats,is it that you are wanting to put some wraps in it somewhere?

I know my mistake, the problem is i doing the butterfly up and down and then left side right side.
I think , the biggest problem formoves are the feeling.
