Hey, i'm jo. I'm rather new to spinning, i acctually got my first poi yesterday and i'm quite proud i can do the 'the butterfly' now which is shown on the free lessons on this site. i got into poi spinning cuz one of my friends has a diablo and i started playing with that and i thought i'd look for other similar things and came across poi.
hmmm, what else to say.... any one with advise jist message me, i'll be happy to receive it

Hmmm, what is there to tell. I'm about to start University, Nottingham trent to be precise. To study physiology and pharmacology (biomedical sciences) annd i like most music, metal and chilled out stuff mostly. i swing from one to the other depending on my mood.
