Hi My Name's Dier and this is my first time Posting here, I'm starting more Poi, But I've been spinning with glowsticks for about a year now. And I'm having problems with the Butterlfy Isolation, I can do regular Isolations, and Buzzsaw Isolations well. I was wondering if anyone could shoot a clip for me or write out some instructions for me. Thank you.
