One funny :]
call it:
Double catch magic(wrap + catch)
Start move: forward BF
Wrap you right Poi around left hand and catch with the the right hand the head. Do the same with your left Poi over the right Poi. When you now slip the loops over your wrists, you can make your hands free.

Posted: Yea i like combos. Im not sure about Fundamental's though.
I have weave and butterfly combos.
Usually i have a weave combo that has alot of variation (inplane) switching from one weave into another all on different planes. I really like ww (not btb) And i go from say 4bt ww rev weave into 4bt ww for weave into 4bt rev weave and switch sides of body, throw in afew 4bt windmills etc (throw in giants) before moving into btb... thats what i do for warm up. If that bores me ill do the same combo but use butterfly instead
I just realized that 5bt can mess the direction up (it changes direction! in windmill) Then again, if you stick to the same movements it can make you stagnate. I hate muscle memory...its good cause it allows you to learn perfect moves, but it inhibits you from variating new moves.

Posted: What you describe is Family move combination. Fundamental combination are those with fundamental families, like wrap + throw for example.
