Hi Folks



Anyone got any experience with dvd ram? its a 2.8g disc in ntsc format.



We can read it off a mac but cant figure out to convert it

You could try avidemux. It's a free unix program, but there's an osx version that'll run if you've got darwinports installed.

Commercial programs to handle this format will probably cost a lot. Europe just got screwed by the corporations with the introduction of software patents, so all the small software companies that produce cheaper editing programs now have to buy licences to decode the big formats, bumping up the price for everything that handles lots of obscure formats.

You aren't thinking or really existing unless you're willing to risk even your own sanity in the judgment of your existence.

Green peppers, lime pickle and whole-grain mustard = best sandwich filling.
