If you are already here then you know what spinny fun can be had (even if it is slacky at the moment) and if your in the area or fancy coming to one of the meets then this is the thread for you. We are a friendly bunch of 'spinners' who love to meet up for spinny goodness
If your just passing through our little town and fancy meeting up just PM me and i will see what we can do.

Next one is 13th-14th september
........ Main Meets are the second weekend of every month (usualy)
ROLL ON THE SUN!! . Well there is nothing i can do about the cold or the wet or the wind so its meets at mine
which is rather fun and we have a nice piece of park land less than 5 minutes from my house,(we can go to riv too as that is the main park in town and only 20 minutes from my house)the park near my house it also rather good for a bit of power kiting if the wind is good enough and not too gusty.This is very handy if it is a bit of a dodge weather day as if the sun comes out its easy to quickley pop out.As for near by shops,i live just up the road from our local green which does have shops a bargain booze, takeaways etc.HOPpers in town

the plan usualy goes like this...
First day around 12pm till when ever you have to go firey fun around 8-9 - Sunday meet at mine 1pm (unless you have stopped over) same as above but with firey fun around 9
If i have enough wood then there is a fire out the back so we can sit around and keep warm.My house is a non smoking house because of the kids although that is another reason why we sit outside as i do not mind smoking in the garden. Also feel free to bring food and drink too, you are more than welcome to use my cooker and the general rule is.. use it clean it
Both the park and my house are not far from the train or bus staion

Malvern is easy to get to. Head down the m5 till junction7 (south of worcester) then head west, over the river and then there should be signs. Might want to get some real directions tho as mine are all in my head and based on mental images of the area. Also once inside malvern I only know how to get to malvern link and to my nans house

Hope everyones kids are better now!
Won't be seeing anyone for a month or so I expect as next Saturday i'm off home for 3 weeks.
However with the aid of Aimee I may well return with my monkey fist fire ropes made. (and have used them enough so that my arms don't die half way through the burn)

Morgan is still spotty and sam is back at school.
and hope you have lots of fun and do make sure you bring them with you OK
i have new replacement ones for the crappy ones i had before.... still too scared to use them though

Right then there should soon be regular weekly meets although it will still be at mine until the weather improves enough to trust a day in the Park. I am also thinking about using i pices of rec ground thats just round the corner from where i live. it has a park for the kids and isn't too far to run just incase it decides to rain

Last year..? I was at Play last year. I think that's just about the only spin meet i've been to other than the couple I went to with pigeon down in the land of Dork. Whats this smilling birmingham birthday bash thing? I don't recall being there...

I have my final test next monday however having just told Emma i'm coming up on Sunday to say bye i've now decided that I might as well come up for the entire weekend...though I may have to look at some lecture notes whilst I'm there.
I can spin and revise at yours just as effectively as I revise at home. Now I must start my revision for my marketing exam at 9.30 in the morning.

Sorry but I really can't come. I looked at past papers for this next exam this morning and swore upon the realisation that unlike the other tests I need to learn the module...ok, possibly like the others except this one makes even me force myself to face revision having no hope i'll pass without doing lots.
The others I just kinda hoped.
I believe i'll be going on Saturday, some point before that I'll come to Nuneaton to say bye untill Play. Will text you to see when would be ok at some point.
