your soooo missing the point 
if you can do fish with two on one hand it means that both points of contact are moving together at the same speed the whole time otherwise they fall off which means your moving with the fish following the path of the staff rather than forcing them where u want them to be

couldn't you maybe push one stick after the other? Like - when you do a normal fishtail you give a push on each side right and let the staff do the rest right?
Well couldn't you then theoretically give one push after another to do quadfish in cross formation? I'd assume you'd have to let the sticks jump a little, so maybe not a fishtail in the purest of definitions, but it could sure look like one

the idea laura is to not push it at all but to simply support it, doing two on one hand makes u find a path where u only support because if u push either stick u lose the balence and they seperate and well thats game over. as for quad fish crosses uuuuummmmm yeeeeeeah im sure kyles been doing them for ages

yes! more quad fishes than dual fishes!
for some reason my left hand gives up about ten beats in on the dual fises, but last night in a flurry of boredom i got about 20 beats either side wwith 4. the next time i got three. and then 2. and then 3 again. methinks it'll not get taught at the weekend. grrr.
