besides your lymerick implies that i would be paying him/her.

She had not a whore...

To have a whore would be implying that i was paying for services? its not technically possible to 'own' another human bean, so that would mean i'd have to be hiring him/her.

If i was going to hire a whore, i'd make him mow my lawn. And get teh leaves out of the guttering.... stuff like that. real work.

well the way it works here is a whore gets herself a whore license. then she is not allowed in any of the counties that do not have legalized prostitution without an escort. only some of our counties in this state have legalized prostitution. but they still are a whore, 24-7. just like no matter where I go I'm a fire performer. I may not be performing but I am a performer. just like a computer programmer when asked what they do would reply "I'm a computer programmer" even though they are not programming computers. see what I'm sayin?

I think its pretty sad that this one post is like the only activity going on on HoP. and only two people are having anything to do with it.

yay!!! 420 posts. if only I could celebrate properly. but NO, it has to be all illegal and expensive. only two more years til its legal, just two more years.

by that premise, ppl would be definable by their jobs..... what about unemployed? or ppl that have more than one job?
ie; i work as an accounts clerk, I also volunteer.

both. each of those two things that you do make up your minor roles in life. everything put together makes up your major role in life. I.E. you are flynt (sorry, don't know your real name or I would use that), an accounts clerk who volunteers and spins fire.

because if i was definable by what i do, instead of who i am, or what my personality is like,..... we'd be here all afternoon/night and this would be a damn long post...

if i had a pair of rollerskates my life would be complete! `

and people ARE defined by their jobs (in america anyway). if you have a question aboot your car you would ask your friend that is a mechanic (assuming you have one), just like someone interested in the firey part of performance arts would ask one of us. anytime any of my friends want to know what music they should "share" they ask me, because I'm a DJ.

I wasn't saying I needed to know your other name. I just didn't want to limit who you are just to your online persona.

your job doesn't make up the whole of yourself, but it is a part of who you are.

oh yeah, and I'm sorry if I'm coming off all "you are wrong and I am right" I am just naturally the type to debate, and I love sociology, and this is combining the two so I'm having a hay-day here.

lol, no offence taken yet.
`

and i get called flynt at home too
and its not just an online persona

speaking of which. Are online persona's less real than the ppl behind them? i guess it really depends on the person and how honest they are... I've met ppl from online, who';ve said, HEY! you are exactly the same in real life! and others who've been totally shocked that im shy or whatever...

hated the movie, remembered the idea. Introduce your friends by making witty comments, so that they and the person just introduced to have soemthing to make conversation about...

well, glad you aren't offended yet, cause I hate offending people but I do it all the time. guess thats the way it is when you're a nice guy, who is also very very stubborn.

yeah, I would be totally shocked to see you all shy, cause from what I know aboot you (pretty much everything contained in this post) you aren't. but yes, it does depend person to person. I think it can be a good way for alot of people to shed their "masks" of everyday life, and let themselves be who they are, but I have yet to meet to many people whom I met online.

heheh im a coward. Ask bender. i was pretty quiet when i met him and Arsn, but then i was also in awe. (they are pretty funky ppls)

One on one, im fine, i can just be mice-elf. but put me in a group or a crowd, where i know nought, and i'll very quickly and quietly fade into the back ground...

also, im pretty hard to offend. This conversation is pretty good so far! `

The whole online persona thing, i guess comes down to what you use it for. If its an escape, its most likely to be a million times different from your actual self. If its a communication tool, well, most ppl i know tend to stick to basics in that situation, and be themselves... its easier for starters!

mmmmmmmm. . . . milk. even though milk is an ongoing battle with me. it tastes wonderful, but is very bad for the human body. at least taste has won so far.

sorry, but its true. when your body tries to absorb the calcium, it also needs equal amounts of magnesium and zinc to absorb properly, which milk has not. thus your body removes the magnesium and zinc from your bones to process the calcium.

also everybody is lactose intolerant to a minor degree.

really? then why do we like it so much?
you'd figure if the body knew something was good for it, then it'd stop craving it...

i can drink probably a litre of milk a day, with no ill effects.... i think anyways. `

its nothing major. your body just doesn't digest it properly. you wont end up puking or anything like that.

the reason your body likes the taste of milk is because your taste buds taste the vitamins and minerals and such, even though you dont absorb most of them.
