Dont judge someone by their body weight, but by the weight of their heart.

IMHO you are the right weight if you are comfortable and happy. If not, do something about it. In my case, I'm quite happy, but can't afford a whole new wardrobe, so am hauling my lazy ass down to the gym 2/3 times a week so I can fit into all the clothes I have I bought a couple of years ago!
I'm definately not the smallest. I'm not even small! But I'm fairly healthy, eat well (maybe a bit too much chocolate once in a while, but it's sooo yummy! But I don't eat meat, so it evens out in my books
) And my BMI is in the 'normal' zone.
my host mummy!) with tea, and... cake every day
*beams with happyness* I've never eaten so much since I started conciously thinking about what I ate... and I'm loosing weight now! Not that I'm really complaining.. My only complaint is that my fave clothes are getting to big
But certain orange hoodies are forever... no matter how many holes they have, they still get worn in public! hehe...wie weit, wie weit noch?

I used to have a fair amount of stress through school and extra curriculars etc., and didn't eat that often (maybe 2 'full' meals a day, not of the best stuff too!') and some stupid part of my mind thought "hey, I'm not eating much, and running here and there and working really hard, I should be loosuing something!" But I didn't really. Then I come here, eat lots of good food, 3 fixed meals a day (+ 2 - 3 snacks a day!!) prepared by a great cook (my host mummy!) with tea, and... cake every day
*beams with happyness* I've never eaten so much since I started conciously thinking about what I ate... and I'm loosing weight now!
