actually, thats something the government is clamping down on, hard. they are trying to reduce the levels of underage drinking, especially in public places, and people buying alcohol for underage drinkins is one of the key areas they are targeting to reduce the underage drinking.

Ooh aren't we all very serious today...

Well, when I was part of the liscensing trade I can say that we knew who was buying to supply to minors, and we knew who the minors buying were too. We took it very seriously as failure to do so could result in us losing our jobs, being fined a sh*t load of money, and being sent to prison. One such supplier lives round the corner from me. He has been shopped many times, once by myself. The kids that do find a way around here get taken away in police vans...we have a BIG problem with this where I live.
