Well im back in brisbane now
happy to be home with friends etc
Im 26 now and looking to the left my mate just got married
To the right the other has just became a father
My sister living with her boyfriend
My knee needs fixing
Im majoryly depressed about my life
Im just remembering 5 years ago (all that sort of stuff)
And i was wondering how do you handel these feelings

Remember the good things about the past and look forward to the future with optimism. I know, easier said than done, but we can't have the good times in life without also having the bad times.
And getting home after being away always sucks. It's never quite as exciting as what you thought it would be. Keep with it it will get better.

You're closer to the beach and it's summer too. Better than winter in London!!

I agree -
Try to focus on the good things in your life now. We all look back on our past and tend to remember the good times, but there were bad times then too - just we seem to be able to remember the good times better than the bad.
Then think in 5 years time in the future, you will be looking back and remembering the good parts of today.

dont think too much bout the crappy things think about how good it is to be alive concentrate on something u love n excel at n be around people who know u well n love u. [theres always sum1 even if its ur mum]

yeah I reckon its just a phase dude. I always get it when I move back home after travelling, its like I havent got anywhere and the previous x years are a dream but they arent. you are not the same person you were 5 years ago. I bet you have had a whole lotta good stuff in that time. and if not, start making a change and direct your life where you want it to go, cuz thats the only way you are going to get there!
and BTW 26 is not old!

I highly highly reccomend listening to "changes" by ozzy osbourne.
The version where his daughter is singing with him is actually excellent and it gives it a sort of optimistic tone.
also proves his daughter is capable of not makeing me want to rip my ears off.

for pukko! i think i know what you're going through (vaguely - just from what you've said here)...it seems like everyone around you is moving up and getting on with their lives, but you're still in the same place you were ages ago. i've been feeling that a lot lately!! and my knee is not good either!! 
and like josh said - 26 is not old! *cliche warning* you have the rest of your life to live yet!!
