hey hey everyone.
me names patrick(18), i'm from QLD Australia and i just bought myself a staff (1.5m)
i'm new to this hobby and loving it, with only a little bit of twirling experience and living in a place were people looked at me funny when i walked out the shop with the staff.
i hope i can learn lots from everyone here and learn how to rip the beach to shreds with some crazy spinning technics.

Welcome to HoP! Have you thought that your name might be offensive to some? I know its what some people call a type of car, but Wog is also a highly offensive name for a certain ethnic group!

Yeah, no offence meant to you, but i must admit i had the same thought, it pays to think of what some terms may mean to others. Just need to be a bit more careful.

i intend to offend no one with my name. my parents are italian and i was born in switzerland (italian part) i have chosen this name for 2 reasons: 1: i'am proud of were i come from and my ethnic backgorund. 2: my car is stereotyped as a "wog's" car and im proud i own for that reason.
