I think he's confused with posts and starting threads. I'm not sure he realise that there is a difference. I believe that there still is a post minimum that you have to reach before you can open a gallery. It use to be 20 posts.

But it has satisfied my curiosity.

I don't have a digital or a scanner either. When I take pictures I get them to put them on a disk, it's one way of getting pics on line from my 35mm.

Also if you're looking for other people in Mexico, perhaps you could try doing a search in the Meet Otters section
I checked it out myself and found 5 people from Mexico.
