Hello

wavehello

hmmmmmm what to write about me as an intro.....damn its make or break time. First impressions are so vital. Oooooo the pressure.

I'm living in South Wales but originate from Essex (No I don't own White stillettos and No I'm not an Essex girl!). I don't bite, I do pinch, I love chocolate and I one day plan on learning lots of stuff I can't do yet.

Hobbies:- include juggling, balls juggleand clubs , Diablo, poi, doodling, music, hating housework (dust is natures way of showing what the burglars have stolen), making things, pulling things to bits (mainly to see how they work) , embarrassing my nieces and nephews (great fun hobbie that all aunties should take up), hugging trees and talking to bees (watch out for the squirrels......they ARE out to get you!)

Ambitions:- Never to grow up. Learn how to burn things safely ubbangel To that ends learning how to poi without stunning myself, blacking my eye or turning myself into a human torch. Learn to play more than one tune on the guitar. Rule the World. Learn to Surf. Conquer my fear of heights. Travel the world in a van with a man named Bob ("why Bob?" you ask...well why not Bob? I'm sure there are loads of nice men called Bob out there! Simons and Johns need not apply).

Boring stuff:- work in sales to pay the bills.

Yeah, the south pacific. They have plenty of islands and sun and sand. Remember possession in 9/10th of the law.

I got a call this morning telling me that my Aunt had died. She was only 64. I can't say I was very close to her. When I was a child and through a large part of my 20's she, my uncle and their 2 sons live in Zambia so we rarely got to see them. It still came as a bit of a shock though.

She was one of those very organised people. Every year at the start of the year she would buy everyones birthday card and write them and keep them in order of birthday in a box with the date they needed to be posted on the top left hand corner. I guess she got into the habit of that in Zambia. She washed all fruit and veg in Milton disinfectant..... hence we usually declined any salads she offered because they had this funny taste to them Blagh hehehe. Her house was always spotlessly clean. She was also big on christianity. She never quite understood other people had different religions to her or she chose to ignore the fact (I was never quite sure which it was) and she would carry on regardless in her praise of God whoevers company she was in ubblol

My Aunt Grace was a very strong and practical woman. She had a kind heart even if sometimes her attempts at kindness might get viewed by others as a bit odd. She had a strong moral code that she followed and to her, Family meant everything. Her passing leaves a hole in our family that I don't think will ever be filled. Rest in peace Grace.

Thanks for the hugs hug

I guess the only sure thing we have in life is death so its odd that we so fear it. She wouldn't want everyone moping about because she was gone. It wasn't her way, so I've decided to just use this as a reminder of how short life can be and that I should try and squeeze as much fun into whatever time I have. Maybe I should do an ado-p and just give up the job I hate and let fate decide where I go and what happens.......

Balance seems to be working really well for me. Work hard, play hard.

My aunt passed away a few years ago, she's definitely the most important person I've lost. Some day I'll make her meatballs for Molly.

Thank you for the hugs Dave hug

Today I have a warning for all you good chocolate eating people out there. Its a tale of woe and pain.

WARNING
Never store Green and Black's Butterscotch chocolate in the fridge!

"Why?" I hear you cry. I know! We all like chocolate good and hard that we can suck until it melts on out tongue releasing that beautiful chocolatey flavour and that thick sticky texture that coats your tongue. Well I just tried to snap a piece off to slip onto my tongue and it was so hard I had to put my full weight behind my hand. As I leaned in and tried to snap the chocolate, it suddenly broke and I managed to dig the nail of my thumb into my ring finger so hard that its given me a blood blister!

So People take care. Chocolate can be dangerous!
