staff is fairly simple to learn u should pick it up fast
i just wish i could use devil stick they are hella cool
no chance for me to ever become decent at them lol
yay up to 5 beat weave only 4 more to get to 9 :P

Hi Noddy, welcome!
I've looked at a staff, but prefer the poi i think! Devil stick is cool, tho i have to say, I'm better with poi after 3-5 weeks, than i am with devil stick after several years.
(But then, I've practised the poi more!)
