Well - I've been spinning for about two months now (not a very long time, I know, but I've started up with a really good workshop and learned most basics within two days). At the moment I'm trying to understand Thread in the Needle... o.O
Music - catchy topic Most of the time I listen to synthie-pop and gothic-electronic-stuff (I don't expect andone to know any of this *g*), unfrequently filk or medieval stuff! Never done Poi on music yet but I imagine all this Neo-Folk/Medieval stuff to be quite good for spinning.
Weather's OK *g* Not hot and sunny but not raining either
My favorite poi toy? I can't imagine, what's meant with poi toy... I mostly practice with some self-made rice-bags (they don't hurt that much) but I just love spinning fire - unfortunately that's seldom possible...
I've bought two LED-Heads but I smacked the acrylic glass parts together (they were too light an tangled) and now I'll have to think of something else to spin with by night without fire and without spending too much money....
EDIT: I also own a pair of tennis-ball poi but I usually only use them when I prepare myself for fire-spinning to get the feeling for the chains....
What's the weather - wherever you are? *ggg* And what's meant with "poi toy"? Is it what I described or did you expect some completely different answer? AND (last but not least) I hope my english ist not too bad 'cause I haven't written any english sentence since years
