Lyra and I and 2 of our friends had an amazing day today. First, after school we wnt and saw Ned Kelly, finally- we've been waiting for about 3 years for it to come out in the states-you lucky aussies have had it for ages already! It was awesome, too. Then we went to this outdoor music festival, during which it rained for about half the time, which sorta made it more fun...we saw this AMAZINGLY sexy band from Ireland (Mr. North-anyone know them?) The lead singer was sooooooooooooooooooo hot , and had quite a bit of hip movement goin on, plus a cool shirt that said "Jelly". Anyways, enough about that...we also saw Cari Clara and REO Speedwagon. Towards the end, we broke out the glow poi and started spinning-there was quite a few people watching us. One guy asked if he could try, and he started doing this really cool move that he said was called cat and mouse which he learned at a rave...now we are gonna go dye my hair! Overall, it was an extremely fulfilling day. Just wanted to share!
