yes, tonight I went to Fireplay L.A. and lit up for the first time.
It was amazing! I'm so happy. I didn't do it for that long because I was a bit nervous (it being my first time and all ). Still, I got out there and I lit those babies up with a spotter and everyone there was so nice and supportive. I wish I wasn't leaving L.A. in three weeks or if I had at least found out about this whole weekly meeting thing earlier, but oh well.

I think my roommates think I'm crazy. Nothing new there.

Pozee - didn't meet anyone there named Kandice, but that doesn't mean she wasn't there. There's a pretty good turn out there. It's in the industrial district in downtown. You should come down and check it out sometime. Just watch out for the crackheads and other people that just got out of county that come and pester you for money.
Didn't hurt too bad, Morgane but I used to do a lot of yoga and six or seven years of ballet. Made me pretty flexible.
Gotta say I loved the rush and people were right when they told me that it would be totally different once I got out there and did it.
Good luck to all of you that haven't lit up yet on your first spins and congrats to those that recently had their fire cherries popped!
