practising somersaults this morning.... and panicked half way through one of them, put my arm out, landed badly on it.
afterwards i thought i had just strained it a little, so went to juggling, trained a wee bit.... and discovered it was much worse than i thought. and now it hurts so much for me to lift that it has me in tears.
so. arnica and a sling applied, and a plan to go to the doctors tomorrow.... but no spinning for some hefty period
