Somewhere in your "My Home" page. At the very bottom are 3 places to edit stuff. I think it's in the first one. It's called Title.

go to 'my home' and under 'main configuration', edit your personal information. At 100 posts you are suddenly allowed to change your member status (now called 'title'). It was 500 before the HoP facelift (and you had to have like a 1000 to be able to have an avatar).
