They're cool, much less bright than your standard LED Poi, but they work well. You can either take a shoelace and poke it through the hackey sack (You can squeeze it through the holes in it) and back out of another hole and tie it off, or do what my friend did: He took a triangular quick link (Like the ones on the handles of finger loops) and thread that through instead. you can attach them to your chains rather than shoelaces, quite nice.

Can those triangle quick links be purchased anywhere? I can't find them in hardware stores around here.

i have two ways,...... i think!! lol ubbrollsmile

I havent got any experince personally but eleanor, she got a set of those hacky sacks and a needle and thread and rather that using a keyring, she used a little small set of novelty handcuffs. she sewed through the outter layer of the hack sack and back through the handcuffs. this seemed to work well, but i dont know how long that will last..

the way that i attach balls to string, is to go to my local granny dealer (nursing home) and collect as meany of the persil bags, that they give u to use in the washing machine... then all you do is put the ball in, and luck has it that at the top of the bag there is a pull string, either use that to tighten around the ball, or alternatlvy, completley remove the string from inside the string that goes around the top of the bag and replace thread a nice funky coloured long shoe lace... know at the top.. and there you have urself a lovely spinning tool!!

hope this helps,

frodo out!! ubbtickled

don't knock the handcuffs, they are perfect! and very small, in case you were wondering. I tried just sewing a regular keyring type ring to them to attach chains too but none were strong enough. My handcuffs are da bomb! biggrin

frodo has good ideas. listen to him.

and the hacky sacks are AMAZING, i love them, just not sure how long the batteries will last. but for what you pay for them i would gladly just buy some more when they run out anyway.

have fun! weavesmiley ubbrollsmile

these Rainbow hachy sacks are great!!

I recently got mine, took them to work and straight away I was asked to order 5 more pairs!!!!!!

I have them attatched to my chains by sewing kite string around the top of the battery compartment to make a loop to clip the chain to. This, so far, works really well, they are a lovely weight and look great in the dark! hopefully I will get a photo or two online soon!

biggrin

I think if you write to Persil, they're willing to send you a couple. (or so I've been told) smile
