I love Perfect Circle
As far as pictures go, I prefer Spirals, they also make good music, but not directly.

Speaking of pictures, you should all go to www.alexgrey.com. Possibly you should look at from an altered state It's quite nice like that.

Also, has anyone read 'Life of Pi' by Yann Martel. I only just started but it be making me smile plenty already

Hello. I'm reading The Life of Pi. But unfortunately my fluffy love has spoilt the end for me (cos she didn't think i was likely to ever read it)so i'm not enjoying it all that much.

If you're looking for a really good book, I reccomend Ella Minnow Pea (not sure who it's by). You should be able to read it in an afternoon.

I was going to ask you if you'd seen my website. But after looking the Alex Grey site I'm not sure you'd be impressed by my mediocre artwork, so mayhap I won't bother....

I'm sure the universal mind latice comes into it somewhere.

I saw it and decided it was good in San Pedro. Must have been when you started reading it.

Is some links more direct than others. Where could one find out such stuff. i dunno, but I know where to get pictures
See above

Back on music, I just bought a dodgy bootleg of Lateralus 'cos I was missing it so much. Hot diggedy it be a good album. It does deserve some Lysergic stuff though. Or maybe I could calm a horse and get them to play in the living room, improvising as they go, just to suit my mood

And as I pull my head out, I am without one doubt,
Don't wanna be down here feeding my narcissism,
Must crucify the ego before its far too late,
I pray the light lifts me out
before I pine away.

TooL there for ya kiddies. Obviously, wot wiv new purchase. Reflection is the song.

have to book us another of those cat operation fuelled tool jam sessions one day...

on a related topic... those lovely people in the dea tell me that a drug called ketamine was used as an anaesthetic on the battlefields of vietnam.
however, i would put forward that being surrounded by your own blood, guts, brains and friends getting shot are not the recommended conditions for recreational use.

hope you found the person you needed to provide the pain

bye for now from aL(l) Us

C@ntus, I did take plenty of time to look at your site, much of it was amazing. I did not find the collage's at all offensive. Just gorgeously surreal, and I really liked the painting on photos business. I guess there will be a small break in new stuff fora while, what with you having left your hands in Sheffield.

Glad you looked at the AlexGrey stuff as well, he really is quite amazing, loads of it is oil on linen you know, thats just being damned cheeky

Today I had my chest shaved by another man. I don't mean 'other man' in the sense that I have had various men shave my chest before, I mean it was not me who did the shaving. But I didn't mind, he had nimble hands that made shaving my chest hair look like morning dew being flicked from blades of grass.
But the grass was gone afterwards as well.
In shorts, pants.

Left my hands in Sheffield? What do you mean by that?

I have my hands right here - as I find trying to type with blooody stumps to time consuming (and I start spelling like Nix?)

I left all my cookery books in Sheffield. Or rather my dad did when he helped me move out of my house a few years back...

Can't think of anything else I left there.

Oh i know. I left Spiral there. and I forgot to weigh him down with a suitably large object and he's drifted off to Batley (and is getting married...rumour has it, to a girl of all things).

I once left a peice of purple cloth next to a tree at PiP in Endcliffe Park in Sheffield. And then found it 4 months later at another PiP, right there next to the same tree.
Now it's tied to my trousers here *points to peice of purple cloth tied to plastic loopy thing on left trouser leg*

I left Dizzybird unattended for a few hours once in (a Sheffield club) and came back to find she was kissing the most annoying Canadian in the world.....

I once left my wallet on a windowsill in sheffield. It was still there several hours later with all my stuff in it.

Didn't leave my hands there though.....

Or have i misunderstood your point?

Who is dizzy bird?
I'm glad you have your hands with you, but will they be making magic pictures?

On a seperate note, I'm in the airport waiting for my flight.
Got a few hours to kill, and fighting hard not to get very drunk. Winning so far, but starting to tire

Oh well, will be seeing everyone soon, so

Dizzybird is a HoPper. she's the girl that took over from PK in organising PiPs whilst he was playing at being famous with them Te Pookas.

Although OnewheelDave seems to have stolen that responsibilty now.

But then he's a recovering art student and if something's not nailed down firmly enough....

Painting wise I'm currently doing pics for Valura and Flynt. And also painting a Great Crested Newt for a friend of my dad (and the princely sum of £15).

have fun at your airport. Don't talk to any strange stewards.....

"You know that hard times are here an' everywhere you go.
Times is harder than they been before.

Whoa-o-o, Oh-o. Whoa-o-o, Oh-o Oh. (between every verse).

And the people are driftin' from door to door
Can't find no heaven, don't care where they go.

You hear me singing my lonesome song
These hard times can last so very long.

If I ever get off of this killin' floor,
I'll never get down this low no more.

You say you have money, you better be sure.
These hard times will drive you from door to door.

Gonna sing this song, ain't gonna sing no more.
