i got about 51%, but mainly cos i work in a theatre and i like star trek. Actually, thinking about it, i've always been an outrageous geek, it's just countered by my extreme good looks! kiss

I'm a geek!

I don't understand, I hardly answered any of those questions

I did get the female bonus though.

They only had one checkbox for anime and obscure music, that's disappointing.

Dammit!! and that was even after i checked all the female boxes.....

There's another one at
https://www.mcphee.com/goodies/nerdtest.html

on which i only scored 4.07% which makes me nearly as cool as Michael J Fox.... what i love about this one though is the fact that the percentages go way over 100% - and I'm sure that any proper nerd would have something to say about the mathematical inaccuracy of that....

I know, right?

The questions were all just about out of my range. I seemed to be geeky in areas that they minimized. Years of model railroading and Warhammer only counted for two checks.

Yes, let's go.

i've already posted in this thread that i think it's a silly test.

Good for a laugh you understand, the very fact that i'm taking it so seriously means its totally inaccurate. I should by rights have gotten over 75% wink

Well, I also fight my consious geek tendancies.

I think of that "Twilight Zone" episode where the world ended but the guy doesn't really care because he's got his books (but his glasses break.)

If the world ended and I was the only one left, I think I'd be OK if I could get a portable generator hooked up to a PS2.

I mean, I'd miss certain people terribly, but I'd definitely beat GTA. wink

I don't let myself get geeky stuff (Like a PS2, High Speed Internet, Digital TV, etc) cuz I know I'd get sucked in and lose all my friends.

And I like real people.

Well, shall we go?
Yes, let's go.

Should probably get more for owning 30+ computers, having programmed machine code and assembly language, and having a bedroom that looks like a workshop/library with a bed in it.

I also lost out on the higher education stuff because I was so f**king bored I dropped out. Twice.
