Right go directly to the last page, make some tea, say hi, get a and then come back and read this un-interesting spin on an intro

Go on......and take your shoes off.....

Top o' tha morning to everyone.
Just to intro myself to the world:-
I'm Cam & I've been using poi since April 2002.
Hmmm....initially hooked because my mate Laura gave me a go at a warehouse party end of last year and within 10 mins about 10 fit girls came over and wanted a go. (Cool)
Since then I've met sooooo many lovely people that I feel happier than I have done for most of my adult life. On a scientific mission to find a spinner I don't like.....doesn't look like it's going to happen any time soon, you guys are lovely........
Took up staff spinning in November when the great and normally Late Knoxious put on a staff course, and have been doing contact since after Christmas when i purchased myself a decent stick.

I work in London in the city as an IT bod and go out raving about once or twice a month. Call myself SmallBoy as that's what the guys at my last job called me and I come in at about 5'6" Errrrrrmmmmm - what else to say?

Devil stixes - ooops, where did it all go wrong???.........

I am a guy
I am 23 - Edit - wooohoooo - I had a party, I got real messy......say no more.....
I spin poi type implements, (bigger the better when it's on fire) and staff
I am collecting burns and piles of crap (at least it looks like it when you peers into the depths of SmallRoom)
I am IT guru
Live in Hackney
I have a life sized model of the hanging gardens of babylon in the cupboard under the stairs
I have several medals from the last intergalactic ice-cream olympics and my current favourite is still pralines and cream.
I like Green, Bright Lights and Fluffy People - or any combination of the above
Interests include:- hugging sexy poi girls.......
and a looooooong way second:-
free parties, blue smarties, vodka, gin and paraffin,
PC's, THC's, teaching people 3 beat weaves,
Silver spoons, banging tunes, lights, prisms, hedonism,
acting fluffy, being scruffy, Sunshine, fluff, and burning stuff...... -

I used to rebel against the system, now I realise it isn't worth the effort or the head****, it does enough damage to itself.

I don't rebel against the system, I created it for the misery of others (SmallBoy's Evil twin)

Humour me, I'm nearly finished.........
Want to start teaching poi classes but need guinea pigs to practice on.......*hint* *cough* *nudge*, oh, mind the cup on the new coffee table, here have a coaster

Big special hugz for BamBam who introduced me to everyone in London and who I have to thank for so much more.
Big hugz for all my closest mates (you know who you are) for making me feel like I have a surrogate family, all the London spinners that make me feel loved and fluffy so often and bring joy into my day, and all the other people in the world for making my life what it is.

Tea is brewing on the side, cakes in the cupboard, straightjackets hanging on the hooks behind the door, please come in, sit down and make use of the beer - xxx

Hello Mr Fire*Morph sir, please sit down and feel free to skin up.

Cup of tea and a cookie?

Two girls go out one weekend without their husbands and get somewhat
inebriated.
Staggering on their way home, they both desperately need a wee and with no
public toilets in sight the nearest venue was a cemetery , so they both
ducked behind the fence to relieve themselves.
After they'd finished, the first woman took off her knickers to wipe herself
and then threw them away.
The other woman, realising she was wearing some very expensive knickers,
didn't want to throw hers away and so looked around for something else and
decided on using the ribbon off a nearby wreath.
So now, feeling a lot better, they carried on with their stagger home.
The following morning the two husbands were talking to each other on the
phone. One commented, "I think we need to start keeping a closer eye on our
wives you know. I reckon they're up to no good. My wife came home last night
without any knickers on! "
The other one replied, "Tell me about it! If you think that's bad, my wife
came home with a card stuck to her fanny that read -" All the members at the
Country Fire Brigade will never forget you".

hi!
i'm supposed to be hibernating right now, but i had to come online and tell you,
I had a dream about you last night!

actually, it was all pretty cool
i had come to england but everyone else was busy
so you ended up showing me round, and then we went and practiced staff together lots.
you were very nice and just how i imagined you (which figures, cos it was my dream and all) but, i just wanted to say THANKS!

Actually, all i remember about his appearance was that he was shorter than me, and fairly slim and blondish. um and he had pointy ears in my dream. I think its because the only picture i've seen of Cam is the one on his album where he looks like a woodland elf....

Hey SmallBoy,

Just wanted to pop my head in to say hi and thanks for the plant! Have i mentioned it looks great on the mantle piece? You might have noticed it there already if you've poped your head in to my place, but its kind of small (my place not the plant) and getting lost amongst everyone elses much bigger units. But that's okay cause i'm planning to do the rounds and say hi to all my new neighbours.

So thanks for making me so welcome!! Hugs and kisses for that!!

No problem, I tend to do the rounds with new peeps and see who chats back.

I'll endeavour to come round and help you out with any decorating, and feel free to pop by for sugar anytime - lol.

As long as you keep your place dusted and full of chocolate cakes, then I'm sure lots more people will drop in.

Hugz

Ackshooally, it was a really cool dream!
i woke up thinking "hey, that was a really cool dream! i wanna go hang out with Cam now..."

*shrug*
you didnt rob any banks, you were just being nice, which is how i assume you are IRL, and you had pointed ears, but it seemed normal. We spun in a big park area, and were hanging out under a bridge on the edge of a river at one point and i dropped my staff in the water (it floated ) and we had to use a stick to get it back....

it was just a cool dream `

Flynt: - I love you - hehehehe........just on the basis that you're more disturbed than I am

These Elf references aren't by any chance some sub-conscious thing, written into your psychy on the basis that I said Legolas was a fox?

Dropping your stick in the water though - tut

Myste: - Can't beat fairy bread.......and I've tried repeatedly.....

Elves are gorgeous, i'd be taking Flynts description as a huge compliment. Oh and i agree legolass is a fox - though i don't know what you two were actually talking about originally.

Oh and about that sugar....

hey SmallBoy, got a question for you... well not sure its really a question but... One of the guys i live with is 2 years younger than me and gets really offended when i call him a boy. But i call all boys boys - even a 33 year old i dated very very briefly last couple of weeks. But you call yourself a boy... course i don't really know how old you are - you could be 8 for all i know - ummm.... okay so it really wasn't a question, just a rant.

I believe my birthdate is in my profile so if you're really curious then you can work it out.
I think the difference between being a boy and a man is a maturity thing.........hence the nick

And we were talking about Lord of the rings 2

Cup of sugar was it?

walks in with tea, some sugar, and some fresh raspberries...

oh, I can settle the boy/man dilema. A man knows that it is important for his apartment (house) to be clean the first time a new woman/girl comes over. A boy doesn't care if he has dirty underwear lying on the floor the first time a new girl comes over.

Do I also notice that you're an intro vagrant? -

You really should get your own place, they're really cheap at the minute

You're welcome to stay at mine for as long as you like obviously. Cake and beer in the fridge, but the takeaways round here are really good and I'm a whizz at cookies

Just going to nip out and put the parasol up.

Make yourself comy.

Anyone else for some D&B and beer?
