I was always scared with my mother's obsession with the good scissors. It made me wonder if there were evil scissors lurking in the house somewhere.

er.. just do a search for 'love' and download anything with it in the title

oooh, portishead is [censored] awesome. i have yet to meet a person who doesn't like them. um, their style, hard to say. i'd describe it as a mix between ambient and trip hop. they were on urbal beats: definitive guide to electronic music, if that helps any tongue

try downloading roads, glory box, mysterons, over, sour times, wandering star.....those are some of their better ones in my opinion (in that order actually too). try em out and see if you like them. and let me know....i wanna know if you like em or not! biggrin

The best thing about Portishead is Bill Bailey singing zipedeedoodah in their style. Was one of the funniest things I've ever heard. smile

ubblol Dom, that is so true...The only time I've ever made out with another female for any length of time, Portishead was playing in the background. I think it must have been on repeat because it played for hours. Now, when I hear them, I think of that night even thought I really don't know any of their songs. biggrin
