munky; you need to go to poiinthepark.net and register, then go to television, then go to te POOKa vids for all our stuff, except for cabaret saute, which is on soton-firespinning.com where you would also have to register... as you say, is all pretty old, but there'll be new stuff coming out pretty soon
hopefully some kind generous person who is less lazy than me will actually provide links, otherwise i will when i've got to work
oh, and worry no about where and who you can post with, we're a friendly and welcoming bunch

Thanks! I did register at poiinthepark, and got to television. At least one I found, the problem was it wouldn't play. I think it's the age issue. I'll try it again...
