South Africa shares in your delight. Not that I really care personally, but South Africa seems to have some sort of grudge against Australia.
Of course had Australia won, then South Africans would have been happy to, because then it would have proved the superiority of the southern hemisphere... that's just the way they are around here.

Not having watched the game, I was still able to discern that England won... Just by the fact that the neighbourhood was so quiet! LOL!

hey all
noticed someone said there were no aussies in here so i thought i'd better throw in a comment from the land down under...
but as an aussie who couldn't give a rat's arse about rugby union...meh.
we lost woohoo! i don't care about much sport (except afl - but that's an aussie thing) so if oz is the favourite (i have no idea if that was the case this time so pls do't throw anything at me! ) i like to see them (i mean us) lose.
it's odd i know. but i'm just not that patriotic. especially after seeing our prime minister being such a sourpuss about handing over the medals to the poms!!
he is such a [insert expletive here] idiot. anyways...it was incredibly rude and unsportsmanlike (not that little johnny is a sportsman...he just likes to be at all major sporting events and see oz win)...
so on that note - to all the english players & supporters - i apologise for our pm's behaviour!
