Hello, I am not one to be unhappy with any service and have never had any real problem with homeofpoi.com....
but today I receieved my beaming ball poi that I ordered, and am not happy with the red or should I say "orange" one.
I ordered one green and one red ball, I went to the pitch dark garage to give them a go, and it turns out that the red ball actually has ORANGE led lights, which are not very bright at all, the green is alot brighter than the orange and it just doesn't look well mixing the colours because the green is so much brighter.
How come in all of the pictures of the beaming ball poi the led light is red and NOT orange.
Some one please help.

It appears as if the green are brighter, but to be honest it just appears that way to me while im spinning them.
I didn't realise the Orange ball and Lights, I always assumed they were red lights. I'm actually satisfied with them now, I'm sorry for any trouble I may of caused, and I'm very happy with the service I received at the home of poi.

Tamin i think you need to change your animated gif avatar, its HUGH, it clogs up this page and i even have DSL connection and the page wont load because of your avatar.

Just as a bit of a side note, in general red light diffuses much faster at night than green, green will usually always appear stronger

they are Orange balls with orange lights.

I guess peoples cameras may make them look red because of how a camera works??
We are happy to take the balls back and swap colours for you and even post them back to you for free.
