Posted: The most important thing you can do, besides keep them safe of course, is to cover yourself by finding a safety disclaimer sheet that you can have them and their parents sign. The worst thing that could happen would be for a child to be accidentally harmed, and for your to be legally prosecuted. I'm not a fire safety expert so I can't really comment on how to run the workshop, but make sure you are legally safe and sound before you start teaching.
