Hey,
Just a little question. I was wondering if I wanted to 'busk', like you would with a violin, if you needed a licence to use fire in public places in the UK? I don't particularly want to get arrested for looking like a lunatic waving fire around! So, anyone know???

Might seem fairly simple (or that I'm patronising you) but you'd be surprised by the number of people that - it seems - can't cope with it.....
